中国数学会是中国数学工作者从事数学研究并依法注册的学术性、公益性法人社会团体，是中国科学技术协会的组成部分, 是我国数学科学研究的重要社会力量。中国数学会的主要工作有：组织学术交流活动，编辑出版数学刊物，开展国际学术交流，举办数学竞赛，开展普及工作，组织促进数学教育改革的活动，根据国家建设和学科发展的需要举办培训班或讨论班等。 中国数学会的挂靠单位是中国科学院数学与系统科学研究院。
一、招聘原则
按照“公开、公平、公正”的原则开展招聘工作，按需设岗、按岗聘用、竞争择优、合同管理。
二、招聘岗位及职责
（一）岗位：学会办公室秘书1名
（二）岗位职责：
1. 配合学会办公室的同事，完成学会日常管理：与中国科协、民政部及相关上级部门、国际组织等的日常工作联络和文件报送；学会各分支机构的事务性事项的管理、沟通与协调;学会会议安排、来访接待、网络信息化管理等；
2. 配合学会的财务人员，完成学会财务管理：学会日常报销、发票开取、学会下属分支机构财务账目梳理等工作。
3. 领导交办的其他工作。
（三）招聘条件：
1.具有中华人民共和国国籍，热爱社会主义祖国，拥护中国共产党，遵纪守法，品行端正，无违法犯罪记录；有北京户口者优先考虑；
2.具有强烈的责任心，有较强的沟通交流、文字撰写能力，做事积极主动、认真细致；
3.大学本科或以上学历，财会专业及有相关工作经验者优先考虑；
4.年龄原则上不超过35周岁，身体健康，具备专职履责能力；
5.有责任心、团队意识、服务和奉献精神；
6.具有一定的英语文字和口语交流能力。
三、聘用管理及待遇
录用人员采取人才派遣方式，薪酬面议，按国家规定缴纳社会基本保险和住房公积金。
